This week allows managers, lawyers and regulators to learn the structure, major provisions and negotiation pitfalls associated with the key agreements involved in oil, gas and power projects. A second focus of the week is to learn the important elements of oil and gas regulation: regulatory authority, regulatory practice in various countries, and the important roles that regulators play in successful commercial oil and gas projects. Attendees will become familiar with the important roles that lawyers, regulators and managers play in the negotiation and implementation of energy projects.
