Unit One Objectives
Unit One of this program covers all aspects of effective management
communication, including communication strategy (audience analysis,
credibility enhancement, message structure, and channel choice); written
documents (including writing faster and more effectively, with special
tips on email); presentations (including PowerPoint and nonverbal
delivery); meeting management (including setting agendas, facilitating
discussion, and making decisions in groups); and one-to-one interactions
(including listening skills and effective body language).

This unit provides an ideal skill-building workshop for the active
oil and gas manager who wishes to improve his/her critical communication
skills.
