Overview

Program Objectives
This program provides oil and gas industry managers and executives with the critical skills needed in four essential areas: communication, negotiation, management and leadership. Highly-regarded instructors will share in these critical areas in a manner that will allow attendees to expand their core competencies and apply them within the context of the international oil and gas industry.

Who Should Attend
This program is designed especially for mid-to-senior managers and executives from all sectors of the oil and gas industry who wish to enhance their competencies in communications, negotiations, management and leadership. Managers responsible for developing these competencies within an organization will also find this program to be particularly valuable.

Instructional Format
The instructional format consists of formal lectures by leading experts combined with participation in case studies, simulation exercises and workshops. The lecturers have been carefully selected for their extensive practical experience, knowledge of their speciality areas and strong teaching skills. This integration of formal lectures and intensive workshop sessions has proven to be an ideal way to teach the practical needs required by today’s international energy manager.

Awarding of Certificate
Certificates will be issued to individuals who successfully complete the program.
