By using the built-in Access Security tools, three access levels are suggested:

• Level 1: Read Only access
• Level 2: Read and write access: Level 1 + adding new items
  
• Level 3: Delete access: Level 2 + Deleting existing records.
  

IHRDC personnel, who provide a custom cplan.mdw file based on the clients’ configuration needs, provide implementation of Access Security.

Besides this, Career Plan 5.0 has a User Login form that is used to save the language preferences specified by the user.
