The Development Activities section has been split into three tabs within
the Employee Form.
- Recommended activities,
- Completed Activities and
- Activity Selector Forms.
This Employee Development Activities Selector uses just one screen to
show the information you need to accomplish the assignment of a development
activity. Starting first from the Topic selection, then selecting the
related Activity, and finally allowing you to add all the required information
that the Development Activities Reports need. Radio buttons and sub forms
that help to visualize the information on screen have replaced pop-up
lists from older Career Plan Versions.
