Usage Fees and Payment Options
You may license access to the system by paying either a Limited Usage Fee or an Annual Access Fee.
  • If you wish short-term or limited access to either data-base, you should consider the Limited Usage Fee option. This arrangement gives you access to ep.Knowledge on a daily or weekly basis, and to ep.Learning on a "per Learning Plan" basis. Full details may be found online.
  • If you and others in your organization expect to use both databases extensively, the Annual Access Fee is the more attractive option. Companies entering into annual licenses receive IPIMS.ep, a more extensive knowledge and learning system published by IHRDC.
Payment Options Include
  • Advance payments by credit card, purchase order or check, which are credited to your company or your indi-vidual User Account. The account is drawn down as you commit to Usage Fees, and the system maintains an accounting report showing usage and credit remaining.
  • Secure credit card payments, which are drawn down as you request access to the databases.
