  • IPIMS.gas: This component of IPIMS, a Web-based knowledge and learning system covering all aspects of the international gas industry, is now in production under the auspices of the International Gas Industry Learning Alliance.
     
  • IPIMS Scope: Provided is an overview of IPIMS as well as a glimpse of how the system will look when development is completed.

 

Action Learning

  • Action Learning, a component of IHRDC's widely used IPIMS e-learning system, simulates on-the-job training through a series of interactive learning plans that are built around industry-defined performance competencies, virtual job assignments, actual field data and realistic work situations. This "Learning by Doing" approach combines the flexibility of e-Learning with a level of student-to-student and student-to-mentor interaction that is normally seen only in a classroom.

  • OilandGasTraining.com is IHRDC's Internet-based, e-commerce learning system covering all areas of E&P technology. It consists of two major databases: ep.Knowledge and ep.Learning and contains over 228 award-winning learning plans. Payment is made on an individual usage basis.
