IHRDC offers a comprehensive set of instructional programs designed specifically for the oil and gas sector. Participants enjoy the highly interactive design of our programs. To ensure maximum learning, we employ a unique blend of lecture, group discussion and a challenging business simulation workshop. To meet the specific needs of individual companies, IHRDC's Management Programs are offered as intensive 2-5 day private, in-house Workshops.
IHRDC's public workshops, taught throughout the world, are designed around our renowned Management Programs and condensed into one-week or less. In 2012 IHRDC will offer these workshops in Houston, Bali, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Doha and Rio de Janeiro.
